ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Annedien Hoen (The Netherlands, 1974) has worked as a creative strategist, business- and executive coach for twenty five years. She has founded forward thinking companies, has helped organizations develop solid strategies as a consultant and overseer and is all about understanding what is really going on and formulating answers to growing challenges.

Her ability to see what people and systems need in order to flourish and identify what is causing stagnation makes her a highly appreciated advisor. She knows how to boil situations down to their essence, pinpointing problems and potential with laser precision and formulating the right language for this.

With Ride the Dragon she aspires to help leadership teams craft transformative strategy. Traditional consultancy is failing fast and people are not truly motivated by merely mental processes and advice.
